# Compliance & Responsibility

How compliance responsibilities are distributed across Husher, its Exchange Service Providers, and the users of the platform

Husher operates as a non-custodial routing interface. We do not hold funds, custody assets, or perform regulated financial activities ourselves. This page explains how compliance is handled, the role of third-party execution providers, and where responsibility lies.

{% hint style="info" %}
Husher is software, not a regulated financial institution. Execution and the associated compliance obligations sit with the independent Exchange Service Providers (ESPs) that process trades.
