Failed Swaps & Support

• What happens if a swap fails or is delayed? Common causes include wrong network selection, under-minimum deposits, congestion, or provider-side issues. Husher does not hold funds — refunds (when applicable) are handled by the execution provider. See Failed Transactions & Refunds.

• How do I get help? Contact support via Telegram with your input TXID, deposit address, time of swap, and any error message. Never resend funds unless instructed, doing so may result in loss.

• Can I cancel a swap after sending funds? No. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast. If execution has not yet occurred, contact support immediately, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
