• Does Husher perform AML or KYC? Husher does not collect personal data or perform KYC. Compliance obligations such as monitoring and reporting fall primarily on the Exchange Service Providers that execute swaps. See Compliance & Responsibility.

• Can Private Mode be used to bypass laws or sanctions? No. Privacy features do not exempt users from legal obligations. Using Husher for illegal activity is prohibited and may result in refusal of service or reporting. See Compliance & Responsibility and Privacy Model.

• Is Husher available in my country? Husher is a global interface, but users must comply with the laws of their own jurisdiction. Some providers may restrict or flag activity from certain regions. Husher does not provide legal advice.
