Fixed Rate Orders (guaranteed output)

Lock a rate at order creation and receive the exact output guaranteed, with a 15-minute deposit window and a 0.8% fee

Fixed Rate orders guarantee an exact receive amount, regardless of short-term market movement. The exchange rate is locked at order creation and held for up to 15 minutes while the deposit is sent.

Execution behavior

  • If the market moves against the locked rate, the execution provider absorbs the difference

  • Deposits above the required amount still return only the guaranteed output amount

  • Deposits below the required minimum cancel the order and trigger a refund

Fixed Rate orders trade execution flexibility for price certainty. They are best used when output predictability is more important than speed or when receiving an exact amount is required.
