Direct support channels for swap questions, bug reports, and feedback, with no ticketing system required
Husher keeps support direct and accessible. There is no traditional ticketing system and no account requirement to get help. Most common questions are already answered in the documentation. Check it first before contacting support.
Support channels
Website Chat
A "Here to help" chat button powered by Zendesk may appear on husher.io (typically in the bottom-right corner). Use for general questions, swap guidance, transaction clarification, initial troubleshooting, and feedback. Chat visibility may be conditional on region, device, or page interaction.
Telegram Bot
@HusherOfficialBot is the official Husher Telegram exchange bot. Use for performing swaps, checking swap status, and time-sensitive questions about an active swap. Support may be automated and escalated to a human only when required.
Email Support
support@husher.io is best for failed or delayed swap reports, refund questions, bug reports, screenshots or attachments, and issues requiring written records or follow-up.
