# Failed Swaps & Support

What to do if a swap fails, how refunds work, and how to reach support

Most swap issues trace back to a small set of causes. Acting quickly and providing the right information to support gives the best outcome.

Common causes include wrong network selection, under-minimum deposits, network congestion, or provider-side issues. Husher does not hold funds. Refunds, when applicable, are handled by the execution provider.

See [Failed Transactions and Refunds](/documentation/fees-and-execution/fees-and-execution/failed-transactions-and-refunds.md) for the full process.

Can I cancel a swap after sending funds?

No. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once broadcast. If execution has not yet occurred, contact support immediately, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
