An account is never required to swap. Both paths use the same non-custodial execution engine, and neither requires KYC.

Accounts are non-KYC. Execution, routing, privacy, and custody guarantees are unchanged.

Creating an account does not change how swaps execute. Funds still never pass through Husher, and all routing and custody guarantees remain the same.
