# Execution Timing

Typical swap completion times by order type, from deposit confirmation to final delivery

Timing begins once the required number of network confirmations is reached. The table below shows typical completion times after confirmations are met.

### Typical completion times

| Provider / mode                  | Typical execution time |
| -------------------------------- | ---------------------- |
| Husher standard (Float or Fixed) | \~30 seconds |
| SimpleSwap                       | 2 to 5 minutes         |
| EasyBit                          | 2 to 5 minutes         |
| Houdini (Private)                | 5 to 25 minutes        |

{% hint style="info" %}
Float and Fixed-rate swaps complete in roughly the same time once the deposit confirms. Private Mode takes longer due to the additional privacy-routing steps involved.
{% endhint %}

### What execution timing depends on

* **Network confirmation requirements** (ETH 4 confirmations, Base 24, Solana 24)
* **ESP processing speed** for the selected provider
* **Centralized-exchange liquidity conditions** at the time of execution
* **Selected order type** (Float and Fixed are faster; Private takes longer)

Crypto networks are variable by nature. Delays may occur during congestion or periods of extreme market volatility.
